RETURN POLICY


 

If your purchase arrived damaged while in transit, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist you with obtaining a replacement. Photos of the damage are required.

AgedPage Photography is not responsible for any duties or fees incurred, or delays due to customs, on international orders.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the print(s) for assistance. Due to production costs, prints on watercolor paper are not eligible for exchange or return. All other exchanges and refunds are at the discretion of AgedPage Photography and are not guaranteed. Photographs are custom printed especially for you upon your order being placed. Therefore, we ask that you consider your choice carefully before proceeding with the purchase. Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind. Purchasing artwork is an investment, if you would like to order a proof before committing to a large piece, please contact us.

Custom orders and purchases made with a promotional code or coupon, or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation requests are accepted if placed within 2 hours after ordering.
