Refund policy

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:

I want you to be thrilled with your new painting.  If you aren't 100% satisfied, kindly contact me within 3 days of receiving the artwork.  I will accept a return of the painting in it's perfect condition.  The painting must be shipped in the original packaging, insured for its full value, and sent at your expense no later than 7 days after receipt.

PRINTS:

Prints are not eligible for return.  If your print was damaged in transit, please contact me for a replacement.  Photos of the damage will be required. 

REFUNDS (if applicable):

A refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued once I have received and inspected your return.  I will notify you of receipt and a credit (see 'Shipping' below) will automatically be applied to your original form of payment within 3 days.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted.  The painting must be insured for it's value and include tracking.
